We’re more than good ideas and curators of pretty things.
We are interior architects, designers, and project managers. And together, we’re a team that listens closely to your dreams and then pulls out all the stops to transform those dreams into reality.
With a degree in Architecture and Studio Arts (and certifications in drafting and modeling programs), Bridget is a powerhouse of creativity and project management. She loves to find new ways to help clients’ spaces function, and she’s known for bringing new, out-of-the-box solutions to function and layout issues. Some of her favorite design elements include a comfortable, inviting sofa, a well-organized room, and a beautiful, thought-provoking piece of art.
In her free time, Bridget enjoys renovating her 1950s Cape Cod home with her husband and spending time at the lake with her husband and two daughters (where they search for all the hidden beauty waiting to be discovered).
It’s no surprise when Madeline Maria finds surprising ways to use your most treasured pieces in a newly designed space. As an interior designer, she is driven by making connections, and before she’ll tell a single piece of your story through design, she’ll act like a historian, uncovering all the details and then weaving them together into something whole and beautiful.
Some of her favorite design elements include the understated elements that are central to telling a good, inviting story: a powerful book,, a cup of tea, mismatched frames, landscape photography, and a warm atmosphere that welcomes guests to come in and stay awhile.
When not designing, Madeline can be found on long walks with her husband, trying out new restaurants, and visiting family and friends.
Megan joined the design field in 2019 and began working for the SKD team in 2021. Whether it’s pulling fabrics, creating mood boards or making floorplans, Megan loves using her creativity to help SKD run smoothly. Her upbeat attitude and adaptability make her a wonderful addition to the team. She’s grateful to be part of a firm that makes luxurious design both approachable and fun.
When she’s not at SKD, Megan loves renovating her home and spending time at the beach/pool with her husband and two daughters.
