Happy Monday! If you’re on the east coast you’ve been hibernating the past couple of days due to frigid temps. Hoping the beachy, colorful bedrooms I’m about to share will warm you up!
Let’s talk about the main bedroom first. The canopy bed wrapped in a sandy colored rope is stunning. We paired it with navy grass cloth nightstands and textured lamps. The hint of brass adds a touch of glam to the room. The casualness of the striped bedding welcomes you and makes if feel relaxing.
The soaring ceilings allowed us to hang a dramatic light fixture . The woven window treatments are motorized so with a touch of a button they go down or up. And on the other side of the bed is a home office tucked away. Just enough space to have a desk and laptop and close the door for private work or zoom calls.
And we can’t forget about this gorgeous master bath with reeded cabinetry, brass fixtures and rattan-wrapped sconces. The shower floor tile is stone and the walls are all marble for that spa-like feel. Also the shower is powered by a touch pad (you can see it in the reflection of the mirror). You can program what temperature you like the water and it’s all ready to go for you each time you shower. Magical.
Down the hall you’ll find the sweetest girls bunk room.
We designed the built in bunk beds in partnership with the contractor and client. The beautiful white oak bunks have drawers for bathing suit storage, individual pretty pink sconces and a niche to hold a book or plug in your phone.
Two of the girls share the built-in bunk beds but we couldn’t forget about their littlest girl so we had to make sure her bed was just as cool as the bunk beds. So we created this bed made for a princess.
We gave her pretty sheer draperies and the same fun bedding. I think it definitely holds it own with the bunks! What a fun bedroom filed with warmth and personality. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I hope you enjoyed this fun tour! xoxo
